Equal Employment Opportunity

Last Updated: September 14, 2026

MoreTasks (“the Company,” “we,” or “us”) is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees. We maintain a workplace where individuals are treated fairly, with dignity and respect. Employment decisions are based on qualifications, skills, experience, performance, role requirements, and legitimate business needs. We do not discriminate on grounds prohibited under applicable laws in India.

This commitment is reinforced by the MoreTasks Code of Conduct. The Equal Employment Opportunity Policy applies to all job applicants and employees. It covers recruitment and selection, compensation, increments, promotions, training and development, performance management, and a safe and inclusive work environment.

Key Features of the Policy

In accordance with applicable laws and regulations in India, we are committed to maintaining a workplace free from discrimination based on race, colour, religion, caste, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, pregnancy, national origin, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.

We support equal opportunity through the following practices:

Employment opportunities are available to qualified applicants who meet the requirements of the relevant role. Recruitment and employment decisions are based on merit, skills, experience, performance, and business requirements. MoreTasks is committed to providing fair and equitable remuneration and does not discriminate on the basis of gender in pay for the same or similar work, consistent with applicable Indian law.

MoreTasks is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible workplace. The Company takes appropriate measures to address accessibility requirements, consistent with the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.

The Company provides equal opportunities for training, learning, and career development and advancement. Access to these opportunities is based on role requirements, performance, skills, and business needs.

We communicate our commitment to equal opportunity and inclusion through internal policies, employee communication, training, and awareness initiatives. Employees are expected to contribute to a workplace where differences are respected and individuals can perform their roles without discrimination, harassment, bullying, or exclusion.

The above policy applies to all stages and terms of employment, including recruitment, selection, hiring, compensation, benefits, increments, performance management, training, career development, promotion, transfer, disciplinary action, and separation.

Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH)

MoreTasks is committed to a workplace free from sexual harassment, in accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (“POSH Act”).

The Company has constituted an Internal Committee (IC) at its headquarters in Gurugram, in accordance with Section 4 of the POSH Act, comprising a woman Presiding Officer, at least two employee members, and an external member from an organisation or association committed to the cause of women or a person familiar with issues relating to sexual harassment, in accordance with the POSH Act. Details of the IC’s current composition and contact information are displayed at each office location and on the Company’s official website. Where MoreTasks operates from more than one office location, a separate Internal Committee is constituted for each location as required under the POSH Act.

Any employee, intern, contractor, or visitor who experiences or witnesses sexual harassment at the workplace may file a complaint with the IC at hr@moretasks.com. The Internal Committee will conduct inquiries in accordance with the timelines prescribed under the POSH Act, including completion of the inquiry within 90 days, as applicable.

All information relating to a POSH complaint, including the identity of the parties and details of the proceedings, will be handled confidentially in accordance with applicable law. MoreTasks does not tolerate retaliation against any individual who files a complaint in good faith or participates in an IC inquiry.

Grievance Redressal Mechanism

MoreTasks maintains appropriate channels for employees and relevant stakeholders to raise concerns about discrimination, harassment, unfair treatment, or other violations of this Policy. The Company does not tolerate retaliation against any employee or other stakeholder who raises a concern in good faith or participates in an investigation under this Policy. Any individual found to have retaliated against another for raising a concern will be subject to disciplinary action.

Heads of Departments and team members are responsible for maintaining a workplace free from discrimination and harassment and must address concerns promptly. Employees may raise concerns by contacting hr@moretasks.com, their reporting manager, or Head of Department. Concerns relating to sexual harassment should be directed to the Internal Committee as described under “Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH)” above.

The Human Resources function oversees the implementation of this Policy and coordinates the review of reported concerns in accordance with applicable laws and internal procedures. Matters falling within the scope of the POSH Act will be handled by the Internal Committee in accordance with applicable law.

Consultation

The Company periodically reviews this Policy to assess its effectiveness and ensure that it remains aligned with applicable laws and regulatory requirements. We may update the Policy to reflect legal, regulatory, or organisational developments.

Employees are expected to comply with the Policy and raise concerns through the appropriate internal channels. Violations may result in corrective action, up to and including termination of employment, subject to applicable laws and Company procedures.
